Mitbewohner*in für berufstätigen-WG gesucht

Hallo,

in meiner Wohnung wird ein Zimmer frei, daher suche ich eine Mitbewohner*in für einen befristeten Zeitraum von 6 Monaten. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, die restliche Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet. Ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer steht ebenfalls zur Mitbenutzung bereit. Die Lage ist super zentral – nur 5 Minuten vom Ebertplatz und Hansaring entfernt.

Ich arbeite hauptsächlich im Homeoffice und bin daher tagsüber meist zu Hause. Nachmittags und abends bin ich häufig unterwegs – umso mehr schätze ich die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit der Wohnung. In meiner Freizeit mache ich viel Sport, kümmere mich um mein Pferd und verbringe Zeit mit Freund*innen oder meinem Freund, der gelegentlich auch in der Wohnung ist.

A room in my apartment is becoming available, so I’m looking for a flatmate for a fixed period of 6 months. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is fully equipped. There is also a cozy living room that you’re welcome to use. The location is very central – just a 5-minute walk from Ebertplatz and Hansaring.

I mainly work from home, so I’m usually around during the day. In the afternoons and evenings, I’m often out and about – which makes me appreciate the calm and comfort of the apartment even more. In my free time, I do a lot of sports, take care of my horse, and spend time with friends or my partner, who occasionally stays over.
